1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on Off Grid Water Guides are digital downloads. Because delivery is immediate and irreversible 60 days after purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund Review

We review refund requests in good faith when:

  • You are not satisfied with the product within 60 days of purchase.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You did not receive access due to a verified technical delivery failure.
  • The purchased file is materially defective and cannot be opened after troubleshooting.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not issued for:

  • Change of mind after successful access/download.
  • Lack of usage, preference changes, or incorrect expectations not based on false claims.
  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchase.

4. Request Timeframe

To be considered, refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • A short explanation and any screenshots that help verify the issue.

6. Processing and Approval

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider and can vary by bank or card network.

7. Chargebacks

If you experience a billing issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution and access restoration.
